Stuck in Metroid Prime 2

I've been wondering around for two days and I can't figure out how to progress. I've dug through a couple of walkthroughs, but they are not helping.

The last boss I defeated was the grapple guadian. I do not have the spider ball or the power bomb. I have two of the three dark temple keys. The game has given me two "question mark" hints that do not help. One question mark is in the Dark Torvus Temple (which does nothing until I get the last key) and the other is in the Undertemple Access. I know from reading the walkthroughs that the last key is there in the Undertemple Access, but I cannot get in. There's a yellow door that leads into it, but I cannot go through the yellow door because I don't have a power bomb. Another way to get in is to go through a portal (from the light side), but I need the spider ball to reach that portal.

I guess I need to know how to get to the Power Bomb Guardian or the Spider
Bomb Guardian.

Also, the hologram dude I talked to said I need to get a visor, but I have no idea where that is. He was vague!

I may have found a solution. I think I can access the Undertemple Access through a second portal that I did not notice before.
