I am interested in your N64 games but can't really see the condition from the picture. Could you please check three things:

1. any tears in the seal
2. any creases/dents
3. corners poking through?

Yep, happens numerous times! Even when you're nice enough to put stuff on hold for people (that could potentially go to somebody else) and they still never get back to you!
