I worked at Babbages back in 91 - 92 and we opened and resealed about 1/3 of the games that came into the store. The factory seals always had a pressed overlap somewhere where our shrink wrap had a seam on one end or side. Factory seal tended to be on the back.

They just seem to be misleading I did not find any that said factory sealed. Just that the Like New condition mentions factory sealed. I like his custom made empty boxes. Looks like a scan printed and folded to make a box inside a case.

Wouldn't surprise me if he made new labels on the carts the same way.

Looks legal. Won't fool us. And having high price listings make it easier for me to sell the same thing for the right price

While true, that's not the main issue. I know, a fool and their money... But, as understanding what this guy is doing, it's also 'legal' for any of us to crap talk this up as much as we can. It's actually the right thing to do. eBay Store of Disrepute... Grading service is double crap.
