I'm ashamed at myself for not attending this convention in the past. This year I will not forget.

I'm also looking forward to games core and PAPA 13.

    PENNSYLVANIA ROCKS!

I just got back. I was really only there for the vendor hall and it was half good, half disappointing. As expected, Mike from Collectors Cards and Games had nice stuff with the best prices (2 CIB GARs for $100 each as an example). However, the guy across from him had comical prices ($75 for a 7.5/10 CIB Balloon Fight? Ouch) even though he had lots of desired titles. Was pretty much the way it went, no in-between. The non-game sellers did have some cool stuff, I have to admit.

I only came back with a loose SNES Super Double Dragon (had to shop around to get it at a reasonable price but I finally have a cart to go with my box and manual) and a dirt cheap CIB SNES Goof Troop. Didn't want to spend too much cash as round trip I had already spent $40 on gas and I'm a jew like that. I probably won't go again just because of the distance.

Chuck definitely needs a bigger venue... the nerd smell was getting pretty bad by the time I left.

I just got back a little while ago myself. Like you, I was there just for the vendors. I only picked up a couple things, a loose Quest For Camelot GB cart and a copy of Shining Force III, scenario 2 for the Japanese Saturn. Didn't see a whole lot else that I was interested in. Might have been better if I had been looking for SNES/NES type stuff. I was looking for a copy of Castlevania Bloodlines for the Genesis and saw one almost as soon as I got in. Don't know if it was complete or not, but it was a hard case copy and had a price of $45 on it. That kind of set the tone for my day. My only other comment is that Chuck could use some more signs outside directing people where to go to enter the show. I noticed the same type issue a few years ago at the other venue. I will probably wait a few more years before I go again, unless I have a large shopping list of things that I am looking for.

Port, Your constructive criticism is deeply appreciated, you're welcome back to TMG at any time.

[12:21] <@portnoyd> If you're calling me a complainer now, I don't want to know what you'll call me if you hear me talk about the vendor prices
[12:21] <@portnoyd> The tubby piece of shit with the pink skunk stripe needed his head examined
[12:21] <@portnoyd> Yeah, let's charge MORE than ebay prices at a game show. Just fucking great
[12:22] <@portnoyd> I will say the vendors on the outside ring had nice prices
    [12:22] <@portnoyd> Fair that is
[12:23] <@portnoyd> But the sellers by the DS game developers (some chick in dress-like-a-whore cosplay was selling games) and the skunk stripe were just gouging
[12:27] <@portnoyd> Oh jesus christ, skunk stripe is running Game Core?
    [12:27] <@portnoyd> That's a bad sign
[12:39] <CptnChuck> That's Paul, the gentleman who runs TooManyGames with me.
[12:39] <CptnChuck> So I'd appreciate some fucking respect.

Port also says that all his fellow TMG attendees need to wash their asses, because you all stink. You're a gentleman and a scholar sir, and we at TooManyGames salute you!

Hey Port like I said on NA if you had a problem with the prices you should of tried to haggle, And my prices are not over ebay. Of course you can always find deals but I use ebays market research to price my games and I price them sticker at ebay average and maybe high average on rare stuff. You know that stuff doesnt fall out of the sky.

As for all the personal comments I do not want to be as childish as you and make a bunch of dickhead comments about someone you know nothing about. Yes I am fat, I am well aware. Anytime you would like to tell this stuff to me in person and not behind a computer screen I am more than willing to listen. I will be at the next TMG see you there.

Also Thanks to all the people who came to TMG and had a great time and enjoyed it and made it so much fun. Also amazing how I made over 3K with my crazy high prices. Man a bunch of you must be sooo stupid to buy from me =)
