T minus 5 minutes until I'm goin' to the show. I'm pumped!

Quite a few people there, at least early. I ony found about 20 games and a piece of hardware. Saw some good stuff though. Lots of imported stuff at this show.

Was hoping to find some Sega CD and Dreamcast games, but wasn't much to be found.

Lots of vendors advertising for CORGS next week. Makes me afraid i'll see the same inventory there next week.

Anyways, too bad everyone parked on the grass...and that we'll have to wait a year.

The show was fun, but I really didn't find anything I needed. I picked up a Lynx box, some PS2 games, and some C-64 disks. I think I spend $30 total.

The highlight of the show for me (other than the cheap beer) was that they had Arkanoid playing on an Apple IIc. I managed to beat the game with a score of 708,000. The Apple version is the only one I can beat and I hadn't done it since I was a kid.

Yeah the Mr. Do Joystick was a bit sticky, Tom from my store said the same thing. The Arcade was last minute this year as our regular Arcade Guy is in the process of moving into a new home and couldn't get off work.
