I may actually get Secret of the Stars because I liked it so much when I was young
I may get enough money to get Chrono Trigger so....

What's up with islands? Get more land.
What's up with deserts? Get less sand.
I second getting Super Metroid and Zombies Ate My Neighbors. Two of the best games on the SNES and not too expensive either.
Contra 3
Super Punch Out
Well one rarelly mentioned is Illusion of gaia. It's a great RPG, and if you can get it CIB, it will come with an awesome map/enemy list.
Also mickey mania is a cheap, cheap game that doesnt get enough attention. Some of the best graphics on the system and you sidescroll trough the classic Mickey-cartoons, starting with a black and white level of steamboat willie. You rarelly see that. Highly recommended.
Soul Blazer and Illusion of Gaia are excellent choices.
As FoxNtd said Terranigma, the third entry of the trilogy (if you aren't including the Granstream Saga), is only available in English through the PAL format.
If you ever want to complete the set in English it will most likely cost you a pretty penny.
<3 Quintet.
Pac in Time, Q-bert 3 and Mr.Do! are excellent games on SNES
Ill have 50 dollars now, so I can get Chrono Trigger if I want too

no snes collection is complete without mariokart, man.
Any tennis videogame is a glorified version of pong.
Have you played CT and do you like it? I personally don't care for it, and I know I'm not alone. For the price, I'd rather have Super Mario RPG, Secret of Mana, Breath of Fire II, Final Fantasy III or any number of other games.
Of course many people consider it to be the best RPG on the system...
Yes I do like Chrono Trigger

Bump, I couldn't get Chrono Trigger because I used my money to buy that SNES 2. I Dont have enough for Illusion of Gaia and Soul Blazer because I have exactly 30 left.

I think you can find Illusion of Gaia on eBay for less than $20.
Some great games I see missing from your list:
-Super Turrican I and II (both are exceptional games, with the 2nd one being one of the most visually impressive games on the platform).
-Contra III (another run'n'gun, arguably the finest example of its genre)
-Tetris Attack (easily the best puzzle game I've played. The multiplayer especially is excellent)
-Another World/Out of this World (the main inspiration behind games like Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, a timeless classic)
-Flashback (in a similar vein with Another World, although its structure is closer to that of 2d Prince of Persia)
-Prince of Persia (arguably the best version of this classic)
-Demons Crest (another often overlooked platform/adventure gem)
-Earthworm Jim (wacky and diverse platform-action)
-Ghouls and Ghosts (you probably know this one already)
-Gods (basically an Amiga game, still interesting mix of action and puzzles)
-Skyblazer (another criminally overlooked action platformer)
Those should keep you busy for a while

Currently catching up on PSN, WiiWare, Wii U E-Shop and Xbox Live Arcade exclusives I missed.
Kirby's Dream Course is a great, overlooked game. The two player mode kicks ass.
chrono trigger is definately a must have
