but I think that in recent times he isn't quite as funny as he used to be. I discovered the Nostalgia Critic last year and even though he reviews something different, I think he is way funnier than the AVGN.

I've watched a few of his videos.

He's not THAT bad once given the chance. He just lacks many qualities the nerd has.

Some of his videos are funny, but most are just "soso". Still, he is miles better than most crappy Youtube reviews.

I think more people with weird lisps need to start making "brand new original re-edited videos". Who cares if it has already been done before by talented people? How could you not like the Irate Gamer? with such knowledgeable line like

In one of his videos he says that the Genesis was release to compete with the Super Nintendo. this guy is not a gamer at all, he just saw how popular the avgn is and decided to rip him off. i also remember James hinting that his next review would be ROB, a week or so later Irate Gamer put out a ROB review. i could go on and on, this guy is nothing but a worthless untalented hack.

Although I'm not really a huge fan of AVGN, I fell that Irate Gamer "Carlos Mencias" (steals) all of AVGN's jokes.

Edit: He said that the Genesis was released to compete with SNES? And that Super Mario World was on NES? I agree. Not a gamer. Just a douche with a stack of NES games from his childhood that wants to rip off AVGN.
