Question Shipping NES games to and from Canada via Standard Mail

    Hi everyone,

I'm from Canada and I have some NES games to ship to and from Canada and I had a question concerning this. So mainly, this question is directed towards Canadians.

Has anyone already shipped a NES game (cartridge only) via the Canada Post Standard Mail (with 2$ worth of stamps) ? I know you can ship regular DVD size boxes through standard mail from and to Canada, however, a NES cartridge is 2-3 mm thicker than a standard DVD, which is why I'm asking.

Anyone been successful for 2$ already ?

    Thanks for sharing.

I've done it. They usually don't care unless you take it to the post office.

Ok. Thank you very much. This is what I thought about the post offices.
However how about brown bubble wrap enveloppes that can fit a DVD. Is that what you sent your game(s) in?

I believe I mailed one to member shadows on this forum within the last 6 months. No problems whatsoever, and this was after having took it to the post office no less. I just wrapped the cartridge in a couple layers of paper, wrote on the address, paid my $2 and change, and walked off. It arrived (from Ontario to Quebec) without issue shortly thereafter in good order, so he said.
    Whaddya mean invalid parameters?!

I'll usually do a bubble mailer and pay at the post office for surface - costs a couple of bucks. Haven't done it with stamps.
