I read the schthack site. So you can still play with the Gamecube version. That's pretty cool.

Anyone have a Gamecube Network adapter they're not using for right now and not going to use?

You need the broad band adapter to play the,gc version of pso on schthack not the network adapter.

I do have the gc bba but it's not going any where.

If you're not willing to spend $30+ for one then you'll probably have to go without. I tried to sell two NIB ones here last year for $30 each... No takers. So I put them to use instead. They are more useful than I original thought. I'm glad I wasn't able to sell them now.

I love this game and I'm proud of the fact that I never bought into a Hunters License. Didn't get the game until ver2 DC came out, so I missed the free play period. Plus, I've never had a DC BBA. Now those buggers are pricey!

Some specific memories:

1) Watching people fight invisible enemies b/c the game was lagging.
2) Tripping out over the ship being redecorated for different holidays. Valentine's was pretty damn sweet since my gf at the time also played.
3) The swear filter always cracked me up. You couldn't even say SATURDAY without it censoring the word "TURD" in there! Unbelievable.
4) The dancing. I remember the dancing.

@Steve W......I simply went out and luckily scored a used Xbox that already had an account and PSO gamesave on it's harddrive. Our local indy shops don't mind if you hook up every Xbox in the joint, lol. It allows me to "log on" as this other gamer and play it offline only......as long as I don't erase the other person's account info.
