How do you figure the price of loose Genesis games?

The prices on DP are for Complete Genesis games, how much do you take off to find out the price of a loose game?

There's no real method. This is something I use that usually works for me. I wouldn't pay more than a couple of dollars for a loose Genesis game myself.

$1-3- Loose common games (Sonic games)
$4-5- Loose, common, popular games (ie: Phantasy Stars, Gunstar Heroes, Castlevania Bloodlines, Contra, ect).
$5-20+ - Loose, hard to find games/very sought after games (ie: MUSHA)

Look on eBay completed listings, and Amazon, find cart only copies, meet the price somewhere in the middle.
