Spider-Man Arcade Game and Genesis games question.

I've noticed that both of these games are very difficult to find working roms for. Is there a reason for that? There's plenty of games published by Sega and plenty of games with both Spider-Man and and Marvel characters but just those two games in particular I'm having a hard time finding.

It probably has something to do with the licensing. Someone cracked down on the ROM sites that host them, but you can still find them if you look hard enough.
