Default Tototek PC Engine Flash Cartridge problem.

Okay, so I got my PCE Pro in the mail today, but when I try to use the software they have to send the files over to the card, I can't because it says there is 0 MB available. When first starting the program, it says that it has 32 MB, but only for a second, then it goes back to 0 MB. It also doesn't recognize the size of the games until you try to load them at least once.

Any owners of this cart have any ideas on what I should do next?

Got it to transfer games, but it doesn't appear to keep them on the cartridge. I'll transfer them, it says it's a success, and I close the program. I reopen the program, and the games I just supposedly transferred are gone.
