Bootleg always have stretched artwork. Legit version look like this.

MobyGames usually has pics of what the legit cartridges look like. It's got both the US and EU versions.

I never buy any GBA games on ebay without first checking what a legit one looks like. Most bootlegs look like crud, but I've seen some very believable ones too.
