    Default Commodore 64 woes

So I got a Commodore 64 Rev C motherboard and when I turn it on, it gives me an " Out of Memory Error in 0" error. Does anyone know how to fix this? I reseated all the chips that could be reseated and still got nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'll need to replace the bad RAM chip(s). Unfortunately, it's difficult to find the one that is bad programmatically, but sometimes the bad ones will get hot. They are never socketed, so you'll need to be pretty good with a soldering iron to change them.
