Static Shock?

A few years back, Midway was working on a GBA game for the animated series Static Shock. Since there are a number of screen shots kicking around, I was thinking that a proto might exist somewhere.

So, my question being, has any one known of such a thing?
Or, better yet, how might I best begin my search?

I know the series well. I even remember KidsWB having some giveaway with the game as the prize. This was during its 4th and final season in 2004.

Best of luck, I haven't the slightest clue as to where to start looking.
