Default What is the Button Reset Code to reset an SNES Controller?

Hello, I was just wondering what buttons I had to press at the same time in order to reset any SNES Controller? I know with the N64 Controller, you have to press and hold L, R, and Start. What button combo resets the SNES Controller to normal conditions? Thank you and have a nice day.

Reset the controller? Or reset the game?

L + R + Select + Start. Not all games utilized this though.

You don't reset a digital controller. There's nothing to reset. The N64 controller has a reset function so you can re-zero the analog stick. If you're seeing funky behavior on an SNES controller, then you probably have a dirty/stuck button or the circuity is somehow out of whack.

Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start

    That should do the trick.

And if you are playing on a Turbografx-16, if you hold down the Run button and press Select you will gain infinite lives on any game. But this only works if you are on the second to last level of the game and you've been playing for a long time.
