Final Fantasy VII Sampler Disc, factory sealed?

I've seen a lot of this on Ebay (all 'mint' or 'near-mint' condition) but nothing still sealed like this one. It's the Final Fantasy VII sampler disc that came with the 1997 American release of Tobal No. 1. It includes demos of Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy Tactics, Saga Frontier, and Bushido Blade.

I'm trying to figure out how much something like this would be worth. I know that the mint and near-mint ones won't sell; if a collector wanted something like this, they'd want it like mine is. I haven't seen a copy in similar condition yet. Does anybody know what this might be worth?

Not sure. I know some ppl over at gametz.com had some sealed ones and they weren't selling either.
