sweet! power blade is one of my all time favorite nes games. i actually consider it a cross between strider (gameplay) and mega man (graphics).

I have to disagree with the feeling towards Power Blade 2, I rather enjoyed the game. The levels weren't overly difficult towards the end once you knew what to do. I liked them both, there was a different feel for each.

I enjoyed Power Blade 2....too. i don't think its a bad game. Heck, in the review I said it was a solid title but the Megaman/Metroid marriage made Power Blade a cut above the rest. Without it, PB2 just looked like it was leeching off someone else's success instead of relying on its own.

As for PB2's difficulty, yes it does get easier once you know....like after dying a hundred times.
