Quake II wouldn't allow use of both analogs at the same time for standard control. I'm not sure why, but the closest you can get is dpad for walk and right analog for look.
Alien for the PS1 supports them and actually feels pretty solid. Medal of Honor was still a little clunky with them if I remember right. Hearing Mechwarrior 2 & Descent uses them as well.
I could not get "The World is not Enough" to support them though some claim it does.
Anyone know of others?
I put a vote in for both Medal of Honor games on PS1. I played them well later than their release earlier in the PS3 days but they still held up ok enough for a PS1 title and for what they are they're enjoyable unlike a lot of FPS things of that era.
What about Rainbow Six? Its been years since I played it. I remember me and my friend being excited for that game to come out, and then being disappointed by it for some reason. I'll hafta pop it in one of these days.
Delta Force Urban Warfare is pretty impressive for the PSX considering it came out in 2002.
Maybe not as impressive as Alien Resurrection, but pretty close.

Mechwarrior 2 & Descent Maximum did not support both and they didn't even seem to support a single analog properly.
Will have to try Delta Force.
