I have a working TG16 console for sale or trade. It works fine when paired with my personal system's CD unit. Every game that I tested booted on the first try, save for some of my "tricky" ones that have issues anyway. It is in pretty good condition as well and free of grime.
(A good scrubbing cleaned it right up!)
