    Default crypt of media

i had this on my first computer apple IIE,
it was 1987 and i was so your i thought nintendo was called computer, so computer computer computer was all i wanted for my bday. once i saw what a computer was, i was at first disappointed , no nes. but that started a lifelong love for comps, and i now am a certified net and tech. and have my own business.

anyway, got the nes later that year, incase anyone was wondering.

ok to the point of all this, crypt of media. anyone remember this one?

it was hard as shit, kind a like a myst puzzle type game but waaaayyy before its time.

it was color and of course 5.25 flop

    ring any bells?

also autoduel, looking for that too. that was actually a steve jackson books and pencil game( yes kids, we actually used to play games that were not connected to a tv. lol.), car wars pc game. that was awesome as well.

Here's what Wikipedia has to say:

Crypt Of Medea (At least it wasn't "Crypt Of Madea")
    Autoduel (MobyGames)
"I am a cipher, wrapped in an enigma, smothered in secret sauce."

Crypt of Medea is probably my favorite game on the Apple II.

The artwork for that box is legendary. I love it.

You can't go wrong with that game at all. Play it. You won't be sad you did.

This was beyond my favorite game ever!!
My brother and I played it one summer when we were kids and never got to finish it.
I have thought about this game for decades and hoped some day to find out the ending.
I am 48 and he is 46 and the Apple IIC is long gone... I was cleaning out my family home and ran across
our old notes from the game and I found a video on you tube of how it finally ended... we were SOOOO close to the end.
    My question is:
Is there a way to play this old game on a modern PC?
    Thanks,
    Greg

    You can always emulate it.

AppleWin is my favorite Apple II emulator and while I don't think I'm allowed to link roms (or in Apple's case .dsk images) here, you can easily find them via Google.
