    Default PS1 Spindle Repair?

I have a PS1 that won't read discs, I think because the spindle is messed up. There are a few parts that I don't recall on how to put back together. There are three ball bearings, the black plastic piece, and an orange rubber circle.

Much cheaper & easier to buy an identical model # type PS1 with a working drive and swap out the entire drive component. Just a few flat ribbon cables and a power cord, all easy disconnect/reconnect.
