Battle what? How about you stick to singing Livin La Vida Loca, La Bamba, Los Ojos De Pancha, or something. Don't want to disappoint your people. Ha!

Oh no, you got me there, I'm half white, half Mexican. beaner/cracker. Big deal. I might not know every word to La Bamba, but the Richie Valens versions rocks! As to the the Ricky Martin song, that might be more your thing. You're still cool dude, but you might offend others on here, be careful.

I had a great time too. Buzz, you definitely live up to your name. Graham i am the one that brought the genny flash cart and helped set up and was also the beer keeper of sorts haha. The sd2snes and consolized aes was very awesome. I never really made it out to the living room much. Good times

I just figure you are better off representing your people. That is all.

Yeah, we just hung in that bedroom playing twinkle star sprites the whole time! I'm the one who brought the consolized mvs. I had to lug that monitor all the way back to la! (and it was worth it. That thing is beautiful.)

Actually, my friend, Shadowkn55, made that MVS, as well as many other great things. (Like an RGB modded PC Engine Duo-R) I highly recommend his work if anybody's interested in console mods. He posts here under that name.

And yeah, genesis/Sega CD looks BRILLIANT on those PVM's. The nice thing about Genesis is that it has RGB natively, so all you have to do is get a SCART cabe off ebay and plug it right in. It's awesome. SNES works the same way, but it doesn't seem to look as good on a CRT as it does on flat panel with a component mod, oddly enough.

    :-(

But hey, I had fun playing Rock Band with everyone! And the boozing and schmoozing was good too!
Next year we should just bring a vintage boom box and wire in the iPod to it... Somehow I think that'd fit perfectly. (Or maybe an audio in on the TVs...?)

Post the mix up somewhere though, I'd love to hear what we missed out on!
