I have found about 5 of them.
they are all late in the gba's lifespan ('05 and up)
games earlier than '03 are not labeled with it.
I have also found one labeled "E4"
can you tell me what they mean and if they are worth more than a normal copy?

Do you mean the number stamped on the label?
That's just the code of the factory the cartridge came out from.
