Default Dead Dreamcast - No Video

My JP Dreamcast I think has finally given up on it's video. Does anyone know how to fix, or can I swap parts from another DC to get this working? I've tried my AV cables, my Svid cables and my VGA Adapter and they do not pull a signal whatsoever, I can get sound on occasion but that is rare.
