    Default ps1 games water damage.

i got some ps1 games from goodwill here for cheap ($2.50 each for all media) but it seems like they were left out in the rain and the manual and back inserts are a little wet and there was actually water between the disc and case. i ran the cases and discs under water and seems like they are better then they were but the inserts and manuals are what i am worried about. is there anything can do to save them? i really don't want to replace them from replacement docs since they put a water mark on everything and i don't have a printer and i have a hard time sizing stuff to fit the cases from the cover project. they are kinda wrinkled from the water and you can kinda smell mildew on these things too but you can open the manual and still look at them.
    thanks

if anyone wants to knwo the games are tomb raider 2, rayman rush, spider-man, and nightmare creatures which i know nothing about.

ok looking at them more it looks like they were wet a lit longer then i thought. the paper is discolored and yellowed in some spots and pages were stuck together but they came apart without ripping. the staples were also rusting on the manuals. how can anyone treat games like that. like they were being stored and got wet some how i guess. guess not going to be able to do much with this. the smell si bad too. i don't know how to describe it but it is really bad. so bad i almost want to throw it out. maybe this generic fabreeze would work.

i just thought i hope this is actually water. all i know some kid peed on them and parents donated not caring about stuff. >.>

Most PS1 games are worthless anyways. I'd just pull the disks out, throw everything else away, and put the discs in a CD wallet of some sort.

I think you're better off just throwing away the manuals and inserts. Luckily none of those games are rare so you could always look for replacement packaging later on if you want.
