What makes a hardcore gamer?

okay, is it just me or are there too many kids out there calling themselves hardcore gamers? owning a PS2, and playing GTA3 for 5 hours a day does not make you a hardcore gamer.
for example: i was reading my gamenow magazine, and they print some threads from the gamenow message boards in theyre mag. there was a topic called beat the geeks. and everybody was saying:
oh, i have a PS2 so i could do it. and i just got a gamecube and im getting an xbox so i could do it. okay. thats cool. what if they ask you: name at least 10 games for the vectrex. so im asking you.

Depends on your age I would say. I don't expect anyone MY age to name 10 vectrex games and I'm 26 now

If my three year old children could name 10 VIDEO GAMES at ALL I would consider that pretty damn harcore heheh. (And they probably can actually...)
