Default Atari Lynx II AC port

My Lynx II wouldn't take any AC power anymore. I noticed the AC adapter port was loose. I opened it up and tried re-soldering the joints, but that didn't help. The plastic bit that holds it in place has cracked off.

Anyone know of a part number/name for this so I can order a new one?

Hi, this same thing happened to me. I guess those AC ports take a beating from all the jiggling and bumping. I tried to resolder the pins that held the piece onto the board, but during the process of removing it, one of the pins broke off. What I ended up doing is buying another broken Lynx for cheap and transplanting the piece onto the board. After soldering it back in, I secured the AC port with a little bit of electrical tape to hopefully keep it from becoming damaged again.

I guess I could of tried to find the part in a catalog, but I didn't even think of that at the time. I came across the second broken unit for a few bucks so I thought what the heck.

Yeah, the only back-up I have is my Lynx 1. Not taking that apart. I wanted to sell my II since I don't need it, and this was the only thing holding me back. Thanks.
