No, they're planning on melting them down and creating a giant monolith to captialism.
That's what I heard also. You might want to check that Best But & Toys-R-Us. That might start a panic.
Hmm, why would someone trade games at Best But? Best But sounds like a total whorehouse!
Also, count me into the monolith that will destoy us all.

America can always be counted on to do the right thing after they have exhausted all other possibilities. - Winston Churchill
Sounds like a poor business strategy to me. I wouldn't buy anything used at Best But.
My local Best Buy and Toys R Us have already started selling used games for the last month or so. I also wouldn't buy any used games from them anymore than I'd buy used games from Gamestop. Toys R Us even goes the extra mile and sends their used games to a place that re-factory seals them. They still label them as used(which they are) but the factory seal is the same as the one used for new games.

Yeah, I'm not sure I like the idea of them selling used games either. On a related sad note my local Game X Change just closed this week. It wasn't a great store, but now I'm left with Gamestop.
I remember seeing used SNES, Genesis, and Gameboy games packaged in blister packs and sold used in major retail stores like Zellers back in the 90's. How is this any different for the big box stores? I'm kind of surprised stores stopped selling used games like they used to, it was pretty common to see these blister packs. Zellers currently sells some used DVDs but not used games anymore. For those in the states, Zellers is comparable to K-Mart or Target.
I have nothing against Best Buy and Toys R Us selling used games but I won't be buying any from them. I like being able to see the disc when I buy used from any store I walk in to.
I remember buying a good bit of these at K-Mart back in the mid to late 90's. Too bad whatever company was doing it quit, the prices were pretty good on all the games I got out of those packs.
