    Default Your Road Rash Soundtrack...

Having previously discussed what classic-rock era artists signed to the A&M and Atlantic labels' songs could have appeared on the 32-bit and 64-bit Road Rash soundtracks respectively, would you have any thoughts as to what hard-rockin' songs (by any artist and signed to any label, so as long as you prefer it) you would have wanted to hear in the soundtrack of Road Rash?

    Here's my Road Rash mixtape:
    *Santana - "Black Magic Woman/Gypsy Queen" (1970)
    *Derek & the Dominos - "Layla" (1970)
    *Jethro Tull - Aqualung (1971)
    *Emerson, Lake & Palmer
    **"Lucky Man" (1970)
**"Tarkus Suite: Eruption / Stones of Years / Iconoclast / Mass / Manticore / Battlefield / Aquatarkus / Eruption (Reprise)" (1971)
**"Karn Evil 9 Suite" (all three impressions) (1973)
**"Fanfare for the Common Man" (1977)
    *Lynyrd Skynyrd
    **"Free Bird" (1973)
    **"Sweet Home Alabama" (1974)
    *Kansas
    **"Song for America" (1975)
    **"Carry on Wayward Son" (1976)
**"Magnum Opus Suite: Father Padilla Meets the Perfect Gnat / Howling at the Moon / Man Overboard / Industry on Parade / Release the Beavers / Gnat Attack" (1976)
    **"Point of Know Return" (1977)
**"People of the South Wind" (1979)
    **"No One Together" (1980)
    *Rush
    **"Tom Sawyer" (1981)
    **"Subdivisions" (1982)
    *Thin Lizzy
**"The Boys Are Back in Town" (1976)
    **"Jailbreak" (1976)

I could go on and on about this, but these are all among my favorite songs to listen to...

Hey everybody, this is my first post! When I saw this topic I knew I had to stop lurking and start posting. Oh man... I'm surprised nobody else replied to this... I love Road Rash AND rock music! My list would have to include:

-"Fast Lane" by Urban Dance Squad
    -"Ace of Spades" by Motorhead
-"Jesus Built My Hotrod" & "Deity" by Ministry
-"Bring the Noise" as covered by Anthrax
-"Son of Mustang Ford" by Swervedriver
-"A Shogun Named Marcus" by Clutch
    -"Thunderkiss '65" by White Zombie
-"Sweet Willy Rollbar" by the Melvins
    -"Unsung" by Helmet
-"Fire In The Hole" by Orange 9mm
    -"Fucking Hostile" by Pantera
    -"Sabotage" by the Beastie Boys
-"Can U Dig It" by PWEI
-"Mach 5" by Presidents of the US
-"Higher Ground" by Red Hot Chili Peppers
    -"Mean Machine" by Sugar Ray
-"Bulls on Parade" by Rage Against the Machine
    -"Blitzkrieg Bop" by the Ramones
    -"Infested" by Course of Empire
-"Run to the Hills" by Iron Maiden
    -"Bad Reputation" by Joan Jett
-"In 'n Out Of Grace" by Mudhoney
    -"Astro Zombies" by the Misfits

These songs just scream Road Rash to me... "scream" being the operative word!

I liked the soundtrack as-is, especially the contributions from Soundgarden. That said...

Sugar Ray - Mean Machine (it was in RR3D, and is so appropriate)
    Ministry - Flashback
    White Zombie - Black Sunshine
    Motorhead - Ace of Spades
Faith No More - Surprise! You're Dead!
Alice in Chains - Them Bones
    The Gits - Second Skin
    Offspring - Nitro
    Body Count - Cop Killer
    Mudhoney - Hate the Police
    Prodigy - Serial Thrilla
    The Clash - Career Opportunities
Stabbing Westward - Violent Mood Swings
    Rancid - Motorcycle Ride

At the time I was playing a lot of Road Rash (the first one, Genesis) the soundtrack was pretty much Sepultura's "Arise" and Soundgarden's "Badmotorfinger" albums, over and over. Managed to figure out a good portion of the password system, though not all sadly.

    Black Sabbath - Paranoid
    White Zombie - Devil Man
    Rob Zombie - Superbeast
    Rob Zombie - demonoid phenomenon
    Slayer - Exile

i am not picky when it comes to in game music. as long as its rocking and gets me pumped and wanna go to it. then i am all for it!
