Is this a Colecovision Protoype?

I just found this and I am wondering if it is indeed a prototype? If so, any guess of its value would be appreciated. Thank you.

Those are just EPROMs. They could be for any computer or console. Without more information there is no way to make a definitive statement. For instance, what leads you to believe that these are Colecovision EPROMs?

I measured the board against all consoles, and they match up perfectly with the other Colecovision games I have. What other information would you need to determine if it is a prototype or not? Thanks for the response.

I think it's pretty common for Coleco carts to have EPROMs... not necessarily a proto. Here's a thread asking the same thing about a Frenzy EPROM cart (and also has another thread linked from that): http://www.digitpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=139818 .
