Kingdom Hearts bug?

Hey all, just gave my Girlfriend her copy of Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep for the PSP, and it seems to be having some issues.

It always freezes during the intro movie, even if she tries to skip it.

She is running a PSP 3000 with unmodified firmware. She is running version 6.35

Is this a known issue with this game, or should I take it back and get another copy?

never heard of this problem, return it, exchange it for a new copy and try that.
