Default Boxed complete SSI C64 games...fair price?

I have a very good friend who wants to buy some SSI games from me. We might do a trade and want to see what is a fair market ballpark price for the following games. All three games are complete for the C64. I really could use a good ballpark price individually for these:

Commodore 64 SSI strategy game Operation Market Garden Drive on Arnhem, Sept 1944
Commodore 64 SSI strategy game Germany 1985 When Superpowers Collide
Commodore 64 SSI strategy game Knights of the Desert

Wizard of Id cart and manual Commodore 64

Wizard of Id w/ manual, probably around $25. Doesn't turn up that often.

The SSI games... hard to tell. They don't crop up that often, but that doesn't mean they are worth oodles. Germany 1985 and Knights of the Desert, perhaps $15-20 each. Operation Market Garden a bit more, say $20-30. You could pop them on eBay though and get either half or double those values depending. Really unpredictable at times
