New mega man game

A new mega man game called mega man universe is coming out, but I don't know for what systems. From the first trailer shown here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5KK3e...er_r2-2r-24-HM You see two new capcom characters that were in other games. Next is the game play shown here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dSPoP...eature=related where you see three new characters one is the japanese version of mega man, bad box mega man, and you see ryu (What lol) at the end. If you have any more info please let me know.
