I had bought the 12 months of live for $40 earlier, And it says comes with 2 free games, I checked the current dowloads, It wasn't there, I also went to see if I could dowload either of them and they we're like 800 points. Anyone know?

The games are usually independent from the code of Xbox Live.

You should have three individual codes:

-One for Xbox Live (12 months)
-One for X game
-One for Y game

The above applies if you paid with a prepaid card of sorts.

Now, if you paid online, you need to contact Microsoft. Sometimes it takes a few days.

I had payed it earlier online on my Xbox with my Mastercard. It stated Aqua and another game we're free with the 12 months for $40. I haven't recieved either of them.

Was a code emailed to you? If that is the case you may need to wait a couple of days for the codes tog et emailed to you.

Regardless you need to tell us more than just "I bought it" if you want our help.

Sometimes it'll take several weeks for the codes to be mailed to you. I remember when I won a free game over XBLA, and it took at least a month for me to get the free code. It could take up to eight weeks. Read the fine print for an exact timeline.

I'm pretty sure it was an offer Microsoft had when you log in to your Xbox console. I remember seeing it as well.

Yeah it was a offer, Nothing was emailed to me. I guess i'll wait and see.

Oh, so what you meant to say was:

"I recently saw an ad on the XBL dashboard that stated if I bought a 12 month subscription for $40, I would receive two free XBLA games, one of which being the game Aqua. I subscribed forthwith and PAID with my Mastercard. As of this writing I have yet to receive either XBLA game that was promised to me. Any one else having this problem? I would like the games that WERE promised to me."

Is this what you meant to say? Because that is a lot more information than either of your previous posts. Clearly there was not enough information because I asked for more, so repeating what you said earlier would not be sufficient.

So to respond to what I think you meant to say I would suggest waiting. Did you perhaps read the offer? Maybe it says that you should expect the codes in 2-4 weeks.
