I'm looking forward to this one. I enjoyed one but I haven't played 2, I'll have to pick it up. I can't wait to see what the CE looks like.

I didn't really like the second one much because it controlled like ass. Seems like moving around and driving control much better this time around. Nice graphics upgrade as well.

This was one of those games that I totally didn't expect to enjoy, had serious flaws and really not very nice characters... but managed to be silly enough that it was fun.

To my own amazement, I've played through both of them and will likely play through #3.

I played through the first and loved it. Still need to pickup 2 and 3 looks like it will be another one to get.

The trailers for this game actually look pretty good. Ill probably end up doing the same thing I tend to do this console generation and pick up its prequel on release. Is the PS3 version of SR2 any good?

I've never played the 360 version so I can't compare it to that, but IMO SR2 is the best urban sandbox game of this generation. I've played through it 4 times (currently working on a 5th) and it's still a lot of fun, especially online co-op.

The only caveats I would give is that the graphics look dated now and you can't use custom soundtracks. The radio in the game is fine, but after how many hours I've put into it, I'm pretty sick of the songs. On my current playthrough, I've taken to driving cop vehicles a lot simply because it defaults to the dispatch radio.

And if you're a trophy whore, there are none.

I pre-ordered it for Onlive (and got a free Onlive system + dlc for sr3). My system should be here tomorrow. You can hook 360 controllers up to it. So that's pretty cool.
