Default PAL Saturn 'double width' cases

I was looking at some Saturn games for sale the other day at a market and noticed one had a double width spine. So it essentially looked liked a video case. I think it was NHL 98 or some such sports crap. I was in a hurry so didn't get a proper look.

Anyone have a list of PAL Saturn games that were like this? I don't think NTSC cases were ever like that.

It will be the EA games. Similar to how their Mega Drive / Genesis games came in different cases/cartridges, their Sega Saturn games also came in their own cases.

If anything, they're better than the dreadful cardboard ones Sega put out.

As for a list of them? Here you go: http://www.retrocollect.com/search/s...lectronic+Arts

    Ah, thanks!

Yeah I hate those cardboard cases. I'm always overly careful with my copy of Saturn Bomberman and NiGHTS due to it. At least they later replaced them with a proper plastic case.
