A good deal would be 20 or less. 20-30 would probably be fair to good. 40 if it is in perfect condition or in okay shape with okay box, and up from there depending on box and completeness.
In 09 I paid 75 for one of these, the light blue mario G&W, and a CIB pocket Simon. Not sure if that helps you out, I think it was a fair price for all of that at the time, though it sounds high now.
