Post Possible pirate copy of Ouendan 2

So I was looking though ebay for a copy of Ouendan 2, when I came across this

    http://cgi.ebay.com/SALE-Osu-Tatake-...ht_5991wt_1139

Now, $30, shipping included, is a damn good deal for an import game, especially a sealed copy, and that's what bothers me. The guy has 28 sealed copies of an import title released in 2007. On top of that, there are 2 more sellers with the exact same title, selling the exact same product in large quantities.

But all of these sellers have good feedback, and they all deal in other kinds of games and import items and have received good feedback on them. The also have 30 day return policies, but it can't be returned if the product is opened, so there is no way of checking the actual game or instruction booklet (or lack of). Also, they are all based in California, and not some place known for piracy like China or Hong Kong. What do you guys think about it? Could these be legit?

They're probably the same seller with different names, arousing even more suspicion in that they also have tons of copies of an imported 4-year-old game.

Plus, I think the seller can write whatever they feel like for the "location".

I have bought close to 40 items from this seller over the years, they seem to be a big time online seller of Japan titles, they usually have large quantities of games. I have never encountered any bootlegs, and I have bought PS1, PS2, gamecube, and GBA games from them. Sometimes, it may be an Asian copy and not the Japanese release, but not always, Id ask if that is a big concern to you (Asian releases look exactly like Japanese but usually include an extra English/Chinese manual and has "For Use in Asia" printed on the box.

since the same game goes for about 1000 yen in japan, i think its safe to say that, like 99% of japanese games on ebay, the listing is actually overpriced.
