    Default Bluetooth installed in SNES?

Well I have the bright idea rolling around in my head to rip out the bluetooth in a PS3 controller (or pc controller with enough buttons) and throw it in an SNES controller, which has been done before. Is it possible to install a bluetooth receiver into an SNES?

Possible, yes. The trick is in getting the bluetooth receiver in the SNES to convert the signal to ones that can be read by the SNES. Sounds like a neat idea, but outside of my skill range.
