I was shocked when I learned there was no multiplayer. Really seems like it's not worth getting, since you know that whenever Madden '12 comes out the 3DS will get it, and it will hopefully have multiplayer then.

Yes, it's good. It's not like there's going to be eight different ones in the 3DS' lifespan anyway, since they all play the same to the point that they're all practically one collective game.
