Default Famicom / S. Famicom / MD Flashcarts?

Are there any flashcarts available for these systems?

I assume using one of the NES/SNES/Genesis options + a convertor would work, but I was hoping there was an integrated solution.

Also, probably a shot in the dark but PC Engine?

The Super NES Powerpak is shaped to work in a Super NES or a Super Famicom. The NES Powerpak can work using a converter.

The Everdrive and Super Everdrive should work fine in Japanese systems. There's no flash cart made specifically for the Famicom though, so you'll have to use a PowerPak with a converter.

snes powerpak will fit in a SFC or SNES. For megadrive just buy the internal components to the everdrive (which you can do) and stick them inside a megadrive cart shell and use a dremel to cut the proper hole for inserting the card. that should work.
