Default Factory Sealed PAL Super Mario 64 DS FS .. Wait this is a bootleg........ $%@&

Yep, I just noticed when I went to put this up on eBay. Apparently this is a fake, and now I can't even sell it. I've never had a PAL DS game before (Or never went to sell one at least), but upon checking eBay I found out they have the rating logo on the bottom left and are in the white box (this is why I thought it was PAL). Mine has the white box and an E for everyone in the bottom left, Sigh. Also do the pal games have the Creased folds on the seal, like say I don't know PS2? This ones seal is starting to look suspicious. What can I even do with this besides throw it away?

Where did you buy this? eBay? You can probably file an item not as described complaint and get your money back.

Seller took his merry time shipping this to me so I'm no longer covered in eBays 45 day coverage period. I was disappointed of this, myself. Now I have to sell this and re-buy a US copy

Are PAL versions ridiculously cheap to acquire or something? I see these types of games selling all the time instead of US versions. I also recently got screwed with them showing a US copy of DBZ Burst Limit only to receive a copy of the PAL version in the mail.
Everything in the above post is opinion unless stated otherwise.

The US version is common as dirt. I believe it's still in print today at a $30 retail price. Assuming Gamestop's online store locator is accurate, 10 stores within 30 miles of me claim to have new copies in stock.

@Parodius Duh! Yes, but I simply do not want the PAL version.

@kupomogli Not too sure, but this is like the third time where the seller listed a US game or made no mention of selling a non-US version and they left me with a PAL copy. It's really frustrating.

@Sandrik No red strip to my knowledge, not too sure as to what exactly you are referring to.

Default Got a few Spare Neo Geo AES Soft Cases, Anyone want em?

Title. I have four of them, but they aren't perfect. They are somewhat damaged in the inside, the worst one has a piece of the plastic knocked off on the top right, the best ones damage is very minor. Also have the back inserts still from the Japanese Neo Geo AES games Samurai Spirits (x3), and Fatal Fury Special. If you want them just make me an offer and we might be able to work something out and I can ship these out to you. Pics:

How disappointing. Maybe poke around here and see who's a pirate collector. I'd guess some are lurking about.
