i have done some searches and found a few listings for the disc only but not
for this particular bundle,any help would be great value? rarity?

That's really cool. Never seen it before, and Amazon and eBay searches resulted in nothing(as expected).

It'd be a really nice addition to the collection.

Nothing truly rare. I used to work for Interact and it's just the demo disc tossed into the box with a sticker slapped on. There was also a Tomb Raider / Eidos Demo version that I own with the same sticker set-up.
