    I saw this a few days ago. Interesting idea, but I don't know that many folks care about the product or the writers at 1UP enough to drop $12 in the face of the "free" Internet.

    As I understand it, 1UP is and has been kind of a skeleton crew since they were dumped a few years ago. A pity, 'cause I like Parish and one or two contributors I know.

    For those of you who like Retro Gamer's high price, but hate the massive page count, I give you 1Up Presents! Seriously, I have never seen a page count to price ratio as high (or is it low) as that before in any magazine, not even in photography mags, which are notorious for being expensive.
