    Default Question(s) about DC Universe Online

    So I made a hero with Batman as my mentor and basically stuck to Gotham City from level 1 - 20. I've helped the Riddler and beaten Deathstroke but I noticed that no missions are popping up in the Police Station at East End. Do I have to go to Metropolis now or do I have to hit level 21 for the Gotham quest line to continue? Thanks for reading.
