You have to register, but http://forums.ffshrine.org/index.php is THE best place for video game music and soundtracks.
They have almost every video game tune imaginable in Mp3 format which should easily play on any modern Cell Phone.

Here you go. May take a bit of work, but you can use sound effects from games (like smb music/sounds when jumping over the flag pole for text)
