Thought I'd give you the link of this web site to share:

What this link is, it mentions in-depth the prototype version of 1995's
Road Rash 3: Tour de Force. The original sub-title was
World Warriors.
Differences between proto and final versions:
*Some characters (e.g. Kakana and Bunker), text of race results after winning a race, and some bikes are carried over from
Road Rash II.
*At least one new character, such as: "Nasty Nat" -- evil Natasha, perhaps?
*Title screen has a build date, and original subtitle is, as previously mentioned,
World Warriors rather than
Tour de Force.
*Some glitches in graphics and sounds.
*Curiously, each race begins with the sound effect of hitting someone with the club, as well as a car appearing behind the starting line.
*In debug mode, cheats are enabled by default.
*Things like $$$ amount, your bike, et al, are not reset after Game Over.
*Bunker has a cop sprite, and can arrest you as such.
*The Japan course crashes often.
*In game options, you can select to hear both music and bike engine sounds playing at the same time (a la
Road Rash CD)
*Two officers have different surnames: in the U.K., Officer Smythe is known as Officer Singh, and in Kenya, Officer Mbote is Officer Mobina.
