Retro Gamer Challenge - July 23
The Federation of Retro and Arcade Gamers (FRAG) is hosting another Retro Gamer Challenge classic gaming event.
The event will be Saturday, July 23rd from 2pm-11pm at the VFW in Preston, Connecticut (5 minutes from Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos).
Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door.
As the name implies, the event is centered around the main tournament, "The Retro Gamer Challenge," with prizes for first, second and third place. But there are many other tournaments and challenges in which to participate, all with prizes. There will also be vendors in attendance selling classic games and other related goodies.

Aside from the tournaments and challenges, there will be lots of classics set up to play. Come to compete or come to just play with other classic game fans. It's tons of fun and worth the trip. The event easily accessed off I-95 and only 2 hours from Boston or 3.5 hours from New York City.
