    Default Prices on rakuten

Prices seem to have gone up a little bit in the last few hours.

(I realize it's probably just an error in the price conversion formula.)

Yeah, just a decimal place mistake. Still... WOW, the US$ sure has dropped in a year or two. It's only rated at US$1600 for an ounce of gold now. The US seems like Greece or Ireland now.

Regardless of the error, those YEN prices are steep as all hell.

15-20 bucks for a bare Goemon SFC cart?

    What is this, 1998?

That stuff is junk at every Book Off in Japan.

Those Japanese sellers sure do try and fleece the online gaijin...

Well, I've seen a couple try to gouge their own, too.
I can remember seeing a couple US SNES games on that site, too: Killer Instinct for $50 and Paperboy 2 for $42, both loose.
Pretty sure those aren't worth more than $20 each complete, if not sealed.

I'd suggest trying out Yahoo Auctions Japan, instead. Much lower prices from my experience.

Depends on what you are buying. In general, popular Nintendo stuff is usually jacked up.
